Wordsmith Web Polish is run by Niamh O’Flynn, assisted by a team of experienced copywriters. We are part of The Artilleries, a network of ideas and communications companies.
Niamh is a business copywriter and editor with over ten years’ experience of writing online and print copy for government and semi-state organisations (including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and the National Library of Ireland); large corporates (including Allied Irish Banks and Bank of Ireland); and many SMEs and start-ups.
Niamh is certified in Web Writing and SEO Copywriting (from the London College of Media and Journalism) and has trained in Copy Tactics and Optimisation (with Norman Nielsen Group, Web User Experience experts). She also has an MA in English & French and before becoming a copywriter worked in the European Commission and in EU consultancy in Brussels, in management consultancy in London and as a US Asset-Backed Securities analyst in Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre, completing an MBA along the way.
